Sushi anyone ?

Sushi is perhaps one of my most favorite dishes. trying raw fish is scary but trust me it is so good. The raw salmon taste just like ham yummy ! I must admit that the texture is more of a acquired taste however, if you can get past that you will not be disappointed. It is usally rolled nicely in a bed of white sticky rice with sprinkles of sesame seeds and then wrapped up with some sea weed(depending on the cook). A must try!
